Thanksgiving in Dallas

For Thanksgiving I went to Dallas. My roommate from college lives out there, and she has come to San Diego with me for Thanksgiving a couple times. I thought it was high time I went out there for a visit. It was really fun and relaxing. We went to a rodeo, and the biggest honky-tonk in the country. We wandered around this quaint little town during its "Dicken's of a Christmas" celebration. There were some pretty fun shops to go in. We also went to see the ice sculpture exhibit that was really cool. The theme this year was 'How the Grinch stole Christmas'. The clear ice nativity was pretty cool. All in all, a very fun vacation.
